Located in the heart of Val Claret, the highest and most vibrant hamlet of Tignes, Le Couloir is just steps from the slopes, ski lifts, and village life. More than a restaurant or a bar, it’s a true mountain landmark — a place where people gather, laugh, and celebrate their time in the Alps.

From 3:00 PM, we open with happy hour in a warm, musical atmosphere. Our revitalizing après-ski menu begins at 4:00 PM and runs until 6:30 PM, offering comforting bites perfect after a day on the mountain. Then stay for dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Our menu blends generous mountain classics with French cuisine inspirations, including vegetarian options and local specialties. We’re especially known for our Onion Soup, Entrecôte, and Duck Magret—and don’t miss our homemade fine-patisserie desserts.

At the bar, enjoy a selection of carefully chosen draft beers, including what many say is the best Original Guinness in Tignes, tuned to perfection. Play a game of darts—a true Couloir tradition—while sipping a cold beer.

The atmosphere continues into the night with live music twice a week and all the most-wanted sports events on our screens. Whether you’re celebrating a perfect day on the mountain or meeting up with friends, Le Couloir is the place to be: cold drinks, warm food, and great vibes await.
