Bazurto Tignes

Bazurto Tignes returns on 18 December for a fourth season that promises to warm up the winter at the YNYCIO – Montagnettes hotel, opposite the Val Claret slopes. At the helm is chef Juan Arbelaez, determined to set the resort alight with his sunny disposition and ultra-generous cuisine.

On the menu this year: even more tapas to share, ultra-fresh ceviches and crudos, a two-cheese fondue (with a Mezcal flambé option for the daring), an already cult raclette burger, and large cuts of meat to share for long winter evenings with friends.

New this year: lunch service during peak season, with a £28 or £35 menu designed for skiers in a hurry to get back on the slopes... but not without eating well.

And because Bazurto is synonymous with fiesta, DJ sets are also back, from Wednesday to Saturday, for evenings that go from chill to fiery in the blink of an eye. The season kicks off in style with a grand opening party on Thursday 18 December, followed by a New Year's Eve party with a 12-course menu and a DJ set until the early hours.
